All artists are independent contractors and have their own policies and processes regarding payments, bookings, deposits, rescheduling, touch ups, etc.

If you have any questions regarding any of these matters, please ask your artist directly.

However, a few policies that apply to all clients and guests:

• All clients and guests must be 18 years or older.

• All clients and guests must be respectful of other guests of the studio. Inappropriate behaviour towards anyone will not be tolerated.

• No pets are allowed at any time. If you require the assistance of a service animal, please reach out so that we can make accommodations.​
